This vintage Fez is made from 100% wool by L.A.F.S. Co. in LA, California. This shriner cap is labeled size 7 3/8. The rhinestones are set in a prong settings with only two stones missing. This cap measures 22 1/2" in circumference, 7" tall and the red pompom is 14" long.
