This vintage David Hayes blouse has a zipper closure that runs up the center back, there is a ruffle bow on the neck and the sleeves have a button cuff. The fabric is not listed but it is a light weight with a honeycomb indent. This blouse is in good vintage condition with some discoloring of the neck line and the fabric has a few snags. These damages are minor and unnoticeable. This blouse ends at the hips. The sleeves have some padding that holds up the puff sleeve.
