This vintage velvet skirt has a zipper and hook and eye closure on its side. There is no label for this skirt but it is stamped at the hem by Mr. Dingo Inc. The fabric is a heavy velvet and the skirt is half lined. It ends a few inches above the knee and sits on the natural waist. There is a slit on the side seam. This skirt is in great vintage condition with no damage to the garments construction or discoloring.
